Our specialty. Safe, precise — manual hand-dug test pits for subsurface investigation or to expose the depth and width of foundational footings — where machines can't go, we dig by hand. Signature Service

2" and 4" diameter hand auger cup that can get to depths of ~30 feet for geotechnical investigations of subsurface materials.

Sampling & Downhole Sampling
We can take samples at surface depths while digging the test pit. Likewise, we have the ability to sample at various depths up to ~30 feet. Rest assured that your soil samples will be undisturbed for lab investigations. We utilize custom equipment for sample extraction to preserve soil sample integrity. Our sampler is a six ring, 2.5 in cup.
